Official Academic Transcript Request

CAREFULLY READ THIS PAGE BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH YOUR REQUEST.

All transcript requests for students who attended BridgeValley (Bridgemont or Kanawha Valley) after 2012 are processed through the National Student Clearinghouse. If you attended prior to 2012, please email Registrar@BridgeValley.edu.

If you are a recent graduate, please review your unofficial transcript, via MyBridge, to ensure your credential has been certified. If you submit a request prior to certification of your credential, your credential will not be listed on the transcript.

Any overdue financial obligation to the college must be satisfied before official transcripts can be released or unofficial transcripts can be accessed.

It is the student's responsibility to review their unofficial transcript for accuracy within MyBridge prior to ordering an official transcript. Unofficial transcripts are only available through your MyBridge student account.

Requests are processed by the National Student Clearinghouse and BridgeValley cannot modify requests or reverse charges.

All transcripts are issued digitally, via secure PDF, and are emailed to the address you provide during the request process.

Order updates are available via text message, email, or directly on the transcript order status page by entering the order number and email address used to place the order.
